Cinnamon Roll Protein Oats with Stewed Apples
A cozy, blood sugar-friendly breakfast that makes four servings for the week — packed with fiber, healthy fats, and my favorite: beef protein powder.
Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients
Oats
2 cups organic rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
3 ½ cups milk of choice*
2 scoops Equip Cinnamon Roll Prime Protein
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
Stewed Apples
2 green apples, chopped
1 tbsp ghee
½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions
Add oats, chia seeds, milk, cinnamon, and sea salt to a medium saucepan. Simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in the beef protein powder until well combined. Let sit to thicken.
In a skillet, heat ghee and add apples and cinnamon. Cook for 8–10 minutes until soft and lightly caramelized.
Top oats with stewed apples and granola. Store leftovers in the fridge for a quick, balanced meal later in the week.
*I’ve tested this recipe with organic whole milk and Califia organic vanilla almond milk. The ratio works for both but might require a slightly longer simmer time.
