Ninja Creami Açaí Bowl

A refreshing, antioxidant-rich bowl that’s protein-packed and perfect for warm mornings or post-workout fuel.

Makes: 1 bowl

Ingredients

For the Base:

  • 3–4 açaí unsweetened freezer balls (or 1 frozen açaí packet - both are the Sambazon brand)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries

  • ¼ frozen banana

  • ~¾ cup almond milk (just enough to blend — adjust based on texture)

For Re-spin (optional):

  • Splash of almond milk or a spoonful of Greek yogurt

For Topping:

  • Sliced banana

  • Fresh berries

  • Chia seeds

  • Granola of choice (I like Purely Elizabeth) Ancient Grains

  • Spoonful of peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Add the açaí, frozen berries, banana, protein powder, and almond milk to your blender and blend. Pour into your Ninja Creami pint container. Freeze for 24 hours.

  2. Spin on the “Lite Ice Cream” setting. If it’s crumbly after the first spin, add a splash of milk or a spoonful of Greek yogurt and use the “Respin” function until smooth and creamy.

  3. Top with banana slices, berries, granola, chia seeds, and a generous spoon of peanut butter.

  4. Enjoy right away — best eaten cold and fresh!
